Looks like it, some mushrooms are quite nice raw, and very low in calories.

Raw mushrooms are my favourite and virtually zero calories. They go in most things I eat, this is a wrap with a slice of Edam cheese underneath it all which is not clear on the photo, parsley just adds crunch and flavour but the measured spoonful of Branston Pickle makes if the best, then roll it up and nom nom nom 😋
