Happy Motivational Monday! Finally cracked the 270s wooohooo I think I have been doing carb/calorie cycling - unintentionally - anyone have feedback on this? I chose this quote today because there is always a "reason" (aka excuse) to overeat orrrr as we prefer to frame it: "indulge". How many events are truly special with really special foods? Being tired, it's Friday or the weekend, or just saying screw it, gonna eat x! like a rebellious child LOL - not so special. Ditch the excuses; let's all keep focused with eyes on that Health prize :) 4 weeks till Thanksgiving - go go go!!!! Bonus: Today is National Guacamole Day! Yum! Wishing you a successful week :)
