i feel totally discouraged...i don't want to weigh in. i don't think i've gained much, but its been hard trying to get back on track. i'm just feeling down in general so its that much harder to cut back. i'm sure everyone here knows the feeling :( oh well, i'll try...see what happens.

keep up the effort though sweety i exactly know where youre coming from ive had a cold and used that as an excuse to 'eat' to get better but really gotta snap out of it too....
you can do it remember only the first couple of days are Really tough then it gets easier from then on

I know that sometimes it can definitely be hard to get back on track but I think the trick is to actually stop and say to yourself "I am going to do this, right now and I am going to follow my diet this week!" For some reason, if I don't do that for myself after I weigh in after a good week, I will start to give myself slack. You're so close to your goal though, so you'll definitely make it soon!

when in doubt walk it off. If anything I def. take a stroll with the dog and kids. especially, well i know my zipcode isn't too chilly.
