To date I've gained the 2 lbs that I'd originally lost on the 14th back. But I don't see it as fat, I think it is muscle gain (since muscle weighs 20% more than fat) so I'm not gonna freak out about it. And I will continue with my cardio/strength training workouts.

I will be starting "The Abs Diet" on Tuesday July 1st in hopes of finally shedding my body fat percentage so those abs I've been working so hard on can shine through. I will try to eat the suggested meals down to a "T" as much as possible. I hope this diet doesn't break the bank. I'll accompany "The Abs Diet" with Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred workouts. My goal is to lose 12 lbs (which the book says can be done in the first 2 weeks) and go from 29% body fat to 20% or lower. After which I will begin P90X and continue to lose the last 8 pounds and reach my goal weight (of 125 lbs) or at least my goal look/physique. I will try as much as possible to log on to fatsecret to journal and record my progress.

Good luck on your journey! remember that you might look the way you want to before you reach your goal weight, OR you might reach your goal weight and still not be in the shape you want to be. Strength training and toning will help you reach your physique goals in no time! so just keep and open mind and keep up the great work :]
