Figured it was time to check the weight, three weeks after ending my cut. Up 4 pounds - I expected 5. The first time I ended a cut, about a year and a half ago, I got 10-12 pounds in 2 weeks before it leveled off. But those were extreme circumstances; it's much more by-the-book this time around.
The plan this time is to go through another 20 lb bulk/10 lb cut cycle, which should be roughly 10-12 months/3 months.
