HELLO EVERYONE!

I am back from my trip and soooooo happy to be home with my girls. The trip was amazing and the food was awesome. I ate what I wanted but I did keep it in moderation with lots of water. We also did walk ALOT! We walked 8 1/2 miles the first day alone and by the end of the trip we put in over 60 miles of walking!
I didn't want to weigh in right away because I knew I would be retaining water from the long flight and not eating right but I decided to suck it up and see where I was at. To my delight I am actually down half a pound! I am hoping by keeping up lots of water and eating as clean as possible, I will be down even less. Jet lag is tough right now so I am going to give myself a couple of days of just cleaning and running arround before I start up the workouts again. I am super motivated, especially since I didn't dig myself into a hole, woo-hoo! I now have to catch up on everyone's posts to hear how you all are doing:)

Welcome back!! Wow, you did a lot of walking. That is so great that you actually lost while on your trip. Keep it up girl!!

Welcome back, I know you missed your girls. I think the diet has taught us all better eatting habits, good to hear you didn't gain weight. Way to go!!
