I can't believe how good I feel. Seriously good. There has been such a profound difference in my mood, clarity of thought, and energy level since I've started using the Isagenix products. I feel like I could do almost anything. I feel physically strong... and it's a damn good feeling!
One of the things I love about the Isagenix system is that there is so much room for variance. It isn't set up as a strict set of rules to follow. Its a set of general principles. Using fatsecret has helped me to monitor my caloric intake and to gain SO much awareness about what I am putting into my body and what the nutritional content is. Using the two in tandem makes me feel empowered and like I have all the choices in the world! I'm really looking forward to this weeks cleanse day and the weigh-in on Thursday morning. I hope to have dropped another 4 lbs this week. We'll see!
