If you dont mind, would you tell me how old you are? your change is incredible. i am 59 and started my journey about 4 years ago. I have lost over 37lbs and kept it off and workout regularly with weights and cross fit. You are an inspiration to many I am sure!

I'm 42. I count calories. I do cardio and strength training, in fact I'm a fitness instructor. I teach group fitness, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Pound, and Piloxing SSP. I'm also certified to teach Piloxing Barre. I didn't have surgery. I changed my eating habits. I joined the gym in 2014. I got down to 141.6. Then slipped into old eating habits. Gained back up to 204.4. Too a long hard look at myself and after crying for 5 minutes because I had worked so hard, I cleaned up my eating habits again and now I'm back to 136. Along the way I learned I can't workout like crazy and eat whatever I want. 

You are utterly amazing, and a great inspiration! Thank you for sharing your journey!
