This is actually Sunday Mornings weigh in. I was going to do the Monday morning weigh in as well, but unfortunately I didn't eliminate waste yesterday. And, it's kinda a weigh in deal breaker for me. The fluctuation up is a result of the 2700 cal day I enjoyed on Friday whereupon I ate the biggest piece of chocolate cake and it was absolutely delicious. lol. Anyhow, give the amount of sodium and carbs, it's safe to say there was some water retention. Activity has still been high, so I'm glad I had the chance to indulge in a high cal day.
Below is this weeks Maintenance Calorie Trajectory --> I have now hit the 11 month mark in Maintenance. That's almost a year in maintaining a weight range. I realize I've lost, but at least 7 months of it have been in the 130's, which is where this body seems happiest at for the moment. I hope everyone has a wonderful week. I'll catch you next weekend!
