It sucks to gain weight. I’m having a hard time making any progress on my diet.
111.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My weight fluctuates constantly, even though I'm eating within my RDI, but the trend is ever downward. If you're eating right, just keep doing that and it WILL happen. Remember, this journey is a marathon, not a sprint. You can do this! Good luck!
