OK so I did put all the weight back on! Ah well, I feel OK about it. And running last night didn't go so well. Anyway looking forward to Parkrun in Edinburgh on Saturday, which looks like a lovely run if the weather is nice. Going to go into the diet/exercise thing more sustainably this time around, so hopefully I won't make myself ill again and I won't give up after six months.
But I do want to run a 5K in under 20 minutes before my 40th birthday, which gives me about eight months! Possible? Yes!
