you know what, yesterday and today I just gave myself a break. haven't been eating healthy at all and consumed aloooot of alcohol like I was on spring break. I know I'm going to pay for it but that's tomorrow's problem and next week😐 I'm feeling abit down but I'll get my mind right again.
