Quick journal -- guess that makes it a fly by as I've heard some of you say --very appropriate as I will be flying off soon for a weekend away. I'll be staying with my SIL then a friend's mom's so while I may not have control over my food options, I will be in charge of them. (Bella Angel, like the reference from the Mindful Eating book -- for me, it's one of the keepers!?!). And my goal this weekend, is to do just that -- eat mindfully & let the rest take care of itself. They're all a healthy bunch & some will exercise with me, so I'm all set. And even though I'll again be coming home to an empty house -- hubby is traveling all next week -- I'm not even worried about that... now that I have my own personal security guard who locksdown the kitchen for me when needed;)... at least in my easily swayed mind!
So, I will begin today in prayer --
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.
And will be praying, breathing, logging & posting when I can, & expressing each one day, meal, moment, bite & emotions at a time... & of course, enjoying every minute of my girls weekend! Hope all my FS friends have a great weekend too! xoxox
