Are you doing intermittent fasting? I am sometimes amazed that after a regular eating day where I can have what I want, I find the scale has hopped down a pound or two.

Hey Jenn, maybe you can call it a relaxed form intermittent fasting? I start eating between 11am and 1pm every day and stop eating at about 8pm usually. I'm just not very strict with it which is why I call it "relaxed". Maybe that could be helping me though. Good point.
