Today is the end of my first week.... things are going well... =)dropping 1 to 1.5 per day. Following the protocol.. to the T. Im very happy and excited... I feel very good.. energy level thru the day ...is real good.. I do sleep a full 6 hours .. whichI never use to do. Drinking a ton of water ... wich I do believe is a must to flush your body.. TTFN...
177.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
