Think my new WOE, the 1:1:1 diet may be cause of small weight gain...will finish it out until Monday at least, maybe until the weekend, because I'll be trying to eat out with my WOE on Friday, Saturday, and most of Sunday.

Will keep weighing every day until Friday morning, and that will tell the tale of the 1:1:1 diet success or demise.

Feeling mad that my body doesn't seem to like pasta, bread, rice. They put the weight on my hips. I just can't digest them that well I guess. Continuing the experiment for now. Hmmm.
