also stay away from any/all junk food, stay low carb, low salt and consume lotsa water..it works..try and keep ur RDI under 1500 and ull be amazed how easy it really is...some day are hard...but fatsecret keeps ya in tune with your body...dont need to excercise the first few weeks as you should lose atleast 10 lbs just in water weight..(by drinking about 64 fl oz of water each day/or four bottles) it works for everyone so u should be no different then just try and keep your carbs in check and eat lotsa prtein...this helps with energy..hope this helps and like dimanke said..stay positive , u can do it..:) Dar xxx

Great advice above. I would add all carbs are not equal. Fruits and vegetables are your friends, but grains are not. Remember all processed food is junk (almost) anything that comes in a box or can. The grocery stores make it easy to shop. Just stay out of the aisles and only shop the perimeter.
