176 - 176.3 - but still! 176. I'll feel 'safe' at 175 because there I'll know that even if I bounce up a couple of pounds, I'll still be in the 170's. I'm on my third day in a row on the fat fast (it would be 5 days but I had that screw up on Tuesday so I decided to reset) and it's not so bad now. I haven't had the urge to kill anyone in a day or so and I feel pretty good, overall. I'm alert and productive. I'm not thinking about food all of the time. The headaches have gone away. All in all, good. I am seriously craving some brussels sprouts though. And cauliflower. Or cabbage. Honestly, who'd have thought that I'd be craving vegetables during a PMS week? And the BEST thing happened this weekend. When I re-started in October at 201, I bought a pair of sweatpants in extra large and they were tight enough on me that I didn't even have to tie them. About a month ago, my daughter started calling them my "saggy butt sweatpants". (Teenagers!) One day a couple of weeks ago, when I was in the bathroom, I realized that I'd pulled them down with out untying them. So this last weekend I caved and decided to buy a couple of pairs of sweats and I got two pairs, one pair in large and one pair in medium . Just for hell of it, I decided to try the medium pair on when I got home, not expecting them to fit. BUT THEY DID! That was a good day. I am super pleased.
