Did some more sorting of clothes and found some that fit again. Now I don't have to buy any new dress pants for this summer. I didn't expect to be down enough to fit them, but they fit tightly today and I don't need them for almost two weeks so they will fit perfectly then. I have donated a big pile already and will have a lot more to get rid of shortly. My wife's clothes are getting too big as well so she will be getting rid of some stuff as well. She only needed to lose 20-25 pounds and has done all of that just by eating better. The whole family is doing great and I feel fantastic for changing my ways and leading them into more healthy choices. I feel sorry for those that aren't getting support from others, but you need to do this for yourself so just do it and the others will follow as they see your results. Fighting hard to hit the 100 pound club so gotta go do some exercise.

Great work Geo! I also gave away my larger clothes this week. I feel so good about that. My husband is also benefiting from my healthier lifestyle. I also enjoy the great support of my family, isn't family just the BEST!! I am cheerleading you to 100 pounds off. Take care, Nancy
