Did ALL my physical therapy exercises today PLUS did about 5x more housework than I usually do in a day. Drank ALL my 64-oz water. Had less than 30 Net Carbs (not counting fruit, for the time being, so I can get in my 5 servings for the Swimsuit Slimdown challenge). Got in over 60% Fat (65%). Stuck to the menu I planned last night and stayed within my RDI for Calories. Going to bed at 6:30pm so I won't be tempted to eat anything more tonight. I've already made my meal plans for tomorrow. Feeling more HOPEFUL for the future now. Starting today, I have a PERFECT RECORD on sticking to my WOE and meeting all of the check-points for both the Daily Accountability and Swimsuit Slimdown challenges! I'm thankful to God for giving me the motivation and determination I needed to have a successful day!
