Olahraganya apa aja Sis ? Berapa x seminggu ?

HIIT, strenght training, 30 menit, 3 kali seminggu say @santyyuki, ama minum whey protein abis wo aja. Kalo ga wo, asupan protein dr makanan aja diusahain 20% 😁
