ACKLMUFFLRACK!!!! I gained 3.5 pounds over the weekend!!! I think it's mostly water retention as it's been an unusual, sudden, 90 degrees this weekend. I tried to drink lots of water but seems I was busier than usual and had a hard time remembering...other than when thrist set in. Today is a new day of a new week, though, and that 3.5 pounds will be gone again! Plan to work out at the gym after work today, AND drink lots of water and/or fresh brewed iced tea!

I'm showing a slight gain today too, and feeling "swollen". I'm sure it's the heat, and I know I didn't drink enough water, evidentially, too. Too hot, too fast! Lets drink our water and kick it, girl!
