Friday!!!!! Alright, I have been good all week long and now I just have to make it until Monday. Yesterday I was craving a Bacon Burger so I bought 90-10 Lean Beef and 2 Thin slices of bacon and bar b qued them both. My whole dinner was right around 700 calories topping me off at about 1800 calories yesterday. It is so funny how picky you can be when your watching what you eat. I was upset about my meal yesterday but 3 weeks ago a snack would be a Double Cheese burger and a Mc Chicken probably right around 1000 calories. Not to mention a few alcholic beverages and the other 3 bad meals i would eat. I was looking at the average caloric intake i used to have and it was nearly 5-6000 on a average day. I am sure I have had worse ones... YIKES...
