Sounds like you are on track. I'm doing the same challenge, though I can normally manage 1 1/2 lbs a week loss, I hope I can push a bit harder than and make the 25 lbs in 12 weeks. I agree with more regular smaller meals to keep the hunger at bay, though you could hardly call them meals....compare to what I used to eat they wouldn't even count as snack....but then that's how I ended up at 275 lbs!
