After a month of strict keto and fasting I lost steadily. Then I took a weekend off for a family gathering and festival. Now I'm struggling with some carb cravings and no ketones. So, today, I'm going to do an egg fast - no carb to see if I can get my blood sugar under control and get the ketogenesis turned up. Ketones suppress that binge hunger, so I want them back!
