I've lost almost everything I gained, because I really tried to stay focused with food yesterday and just let my body catch up with everything I ate. I still feel bloated, and I keep telling myself to cut down on the salt, but I really like it! Going to have to buy some salt substitutes today. Happy fourth everyone!
