So here are my starting and finishing results for my challenge:

So in total I lost 8.6 pounds and 2 1/2 inches. Might not seem like much but it's still less than I started with a month ago. :)

Wow. What are you talking about, its still a great progress with all the holiday food laying around waiting to be eaten. I only loss like a kilo and most of it because I had wisdom tooth extraction. I say well done =) Its january already where I live so Happy New Year =) May we be bless with a good year. Let march toward our ideal weight =)

Don't play down your accomplishments, be proud of them! I would have loved to have lost any weight instead of gaining. :)
