Hi Bro! Whoa what happened? ok...here we go....Let's start slow and easy then we can refine details later.
Foods your body needs: 25-30 grams a fiber day - Orawheat Double fiber whole wheat bread (6 grams per slice), FiberOne Caramel Delights cereal(9 grams of fiber and low sugar 11 grams), fresh fruit and veggies(strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, apples, broccoli, green beans...etc. Stay away from fruit juices as much as possible. They don't provide fiber and just give you empty sugar calories)
Eating out should be a treat and not an everyday occurrence. Your fat, cholesterol, and salt intake are alarming. Your cholesterol medicine must be working overtime without pay. Your salt intake should be around 2,000 mg or less and the last two days have been in the 4,000s. High salt diets can lead to high blood pressure.
A calorie count of 2000 - 2200 should be fine as far as I can see. You may want to look at the Abs Power Diet...It got me on track to better eating and healthiness. Since I've stopped eating and drinking pop, sweets, and processed foods. I'm now able to hold my hands and absolutely still instead of having shaky hands.
Remember if you can easily pronounce the ingredients then it most likely a less processed food and remember white bread and high fructose corn syrup are evil. ;-)
Please look through my old entries for some good ideas.
