I'm very fearful to put this in my journal, but I really want to lose 50 pounds before I turn 50 years old on 1/7/14. I'm tired of spending money on diet pills, diet this and diet that...and I want to get back down to a very healthy size before menopause hits full force. It will be a long, hard journey, but with my exercise and calorie counting, I should be able to achieve this very reasonable goal!
