time to buckle down....again! holiday times are really hard, especially at work...nothing says "thanks for saving my loved ones life" like homemade baked goods! they are delicious but i need to put my foot down and just not eat any of it. i don't like the way i am feeling, sluggish/unmotivated! so back to recording everything that is going into my mouth and really buckling down on no carb/low carb....my biggest issue is SUGAR!!! i crave it! so i hope to be down to 155 by dec 16th. it is my hubby's annual xmas party and i want to wear a dress that is hanging in my closet, and i want to look good in it! here we go again............ :)
