Not a good week for me. Followed diet poorly. I didn't lose anything, but luckily, I didn't gain, either. Hopefully, I can and will stick closer to the whole plan this coming week. I would like to get serious about ten more pounds, now. I am going to get my blood work done tomorrow, and I know that won't have done well. I quit taking my medicine for diabetes, and am trying to manage with my diet and exercise. We shall see.
