I ate first bag of chips with dip yesterday, plus 2 chocolate bars! Said goodbye to this second bag of chips by yelling at it while crushing into crumbs. Scale up 2 pounds today; it was a one day lapse; ate well other days; week 3 has been a struggle! This is when real work begins! Moving forward with good food choices, activity and meditation.
