Best Part at BOTTOM of Post! My weight still the same at 180.5 this morning - even after walking TWO - count them - T-W-O miles yesterday. (Well, altogether on “Stepz” it was 2.3 miles.) But the two miles were an actual “exercise SESSION,” that I deliberately did. I’m not discouraged about the non-movement of the scale, because I never moved anything through my digestive system yesterday. Should be a nice loss for tomorrow!
I probably won’t be walking today, because I have the PT evaluation. They’ll have me go ahead and do all the exercises. If they don’t, though, temp is going to be up to 55, so I can walk again. I’ve already made a list of about 15 “Positive Affirmations that I will be rotating throughout the 12 weeks. I think they are helping me!
For DECADES, I have been saying to anyone who would listen: “I HATE to Exercise. I HATE to sweat!” My new affirmation for that is, “I LOVE to exercise and make time to do it at least five times a week for at least 30 minutes at a time.”
The second one I came up was nothing short of a miracle affirmation: “I can easily walk/run a 10K race – 6.241 miles!” Then, yesterday, I did almost ONE-THIRD of one!!!
Another in the exercise-related arena is: “I am the most energetic and athletic that I have ever been in my life.”
