Friday - Didn't work yesterday, so calories higher and walking lower! I guess I have more time to eat and to prepare food when I'm not working. I also get to have my wine when I'm not working! Calories still under (just) my top limit of 1700 calories, according to FS. 1700 calories is apparently what I need to lose weight. I'm sure if I actually ate 1700 calories a day I would blow up like a balloon. Anyway, 1682 calories in, 1714 calories expended. Walked 3,412 steps, 3 floors, 2.28 kms. Working tonight, so will have many more steps today, and less food.

I went to Denny's yesterday to have lunch with with a friend, it was hard to find something lower in calories, even without the potatoes. I had the 55+ omelette which looked pretty greasy. I don't think Denny's will be on the list of places to go anymore. They used to have a nice senior's soup with half-sandwich, but no more.
