So Saturday was a disaster, I overate & didn't get any exercise. Hate that weekend weight gain, grrr! But my older daughter is engaged, and she came over with her fiancée & younger daughter came over too, so that's just life sometimes. We had a good time & all. Sunday I ate less & got in a 6 mile run on the treadmill - probably should have run outside, but oh well. Took about 74 minutes total, not bad. Today is a "rest" day, but I'll try to do some stretching & ab work at least. Oh, and a little more housework - yay, housework (not)! Hopefully the weekend gain will be gone by Thursday, with any luck another lb will join it (fingers crossed!).
