Work stress is mounting. UGH. This is one part of my life that I can't balance. It's seasonal, it's persistent and has been my existence for 25+ years. Can't say I don't have consistency in my life. I can feel the cortisol coursing through my blood. Hopefully by next Tuesday (not this Tuesday) things will settle down after this trade show. Having lunch right now, eggs/avocado in my salad w nuts/turkey sausage and cheese. None of you have ever called me out on eating my salads out of a pot at work. :)
