For my today’s pancakes you need:
1 egg (separate)
12g almond flour
8g coconut flour
30g blueberries
25g greek yogurt
0.5 tsp baking soda
Sweetener
Vanilla extract
Salt
What to do:
Beat egg white with pinch of salt to firm peaks.
Mix yolk with all other ingredients except blueberries. Gentle mix both parts with spatula, add blueberries.
Fry on low-medium heat our pancakes and enjoy it!💜
