Wondering for a long time what the cushioned area here on center portion of my weight station is...maybe someone here knows. I’d appreciate the answer. TIA

Those are almost always for your knees or legs.. I can't tell from pic if that thing has attachments or folds somehow.

Ty, CB. It’s stationary and the main center pole has 3 holes to place that bar up or down by 2”. Just makes no sense in that location.

If you put an ankle loop on the cable at the bottom of the pole, can you lean against the pads and do a standing leg curl, or is it too high?
