Yesterday, OMAD, 62 protein, 128 fat, 4 carbs, fat at lunch, back work out, mct once, hemp once, no sodium, ovulation
156.0 lb Lost so far: 31.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 23.8 lb a week
