Finished my first regular 5k today.
Did not stop AT ALL including running up the stairs of a battleship and along the deck.
Ran maybe twice in preparation for it, never more than 1.2 miles.
Mostly did kettlebell swings, snatches, squats, crossfit, and olympic lifts. See, who needs chronic cardio!
I may do a Disney Princess Half Marathon next year now that I know I can do this, it's all a mental game.

Haha, yea my shoes have some reflective surfaces on them.
