I lost a little weight with exercise but I’m not really happy with my weight now.
109.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1598 kcal Fat: 69.26g | Prot: 68.75g | Carb: 178.08g.   Breakfast: Shakshuka, Orange Juice, Tea (Brewed). Lunch: Tuna in Water (Canned), Ortega Thick & Chunky Salsa (Medium), Late July Organic Sea Salt Thin & Crispy Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips, Mixed Salad Greens, Thousand Island Dressing, Trader Joe's Gluten Free Battered Halibut. Dinner: Baked Beans with Beef (Canned) , Spinach. Snacks/Other: Coffee, Great Value Gluten Free Cocoa Sandwich Cookies, Sun-Maid Natural California Raisins, Hummus, Trader Joe's Coconut Milk Beverage Vanilla, Coffee with Sugar. more...
