And the hated scale says I gained 1 1/2 lbs over the weekend, grrr!!!! Weekend weight gain is the bane of my existence; once again lost roughly 2 lbs last week only to gain back some. REALLY need to figure out how to combat this. On the bright side, I still weigh a little less than this time last week, so chin up ol' gal & keep going!

Thanks to everyone who posted. Yeah, I usually do some running but for some reason I blew it off Saturday. Bad call, because we usually have lunch with friends on Saturdays, which is kind of my official cheat day. I think Sunday was worse, 'cause the grandkids were over so too many carbs! Btw I am definitely physically capable, that can't be my excuse.
