Weight fluctuating after bad food choices but trying to get back to the right food intake and I sill have time to reach my goal by end of may but can’t afford to keep going backwards

I have no doubt about that it’s when you doubt yourself you give up I don’t give up I never really worried about my weight I put on weight so stopped drinking alcohol for a bit my physical job did the rest this is my first proper diet but I’m retired I admit I retired 16 years early so have got to find other means of exercise

plan ahead as much as possible razor, I've been taking healthy snacks into work but we do this amazing rarebit, it's killer
