Good morning. I had my first 45 minutes at the gym yesterday. My trainer was very helpful. With my two replaced rotator cuffs, one replaced Knee and one that needs replacing, and with my rheumatoid arthritis - I think we did very well. I did all the exercises he suggested for me. Squats, lifted weights etc. Brought me to a good sweat. I'm not too stiff today. Yay! Will go again tomorrow. I really want to keep going. I chose 3X per week. Wow...I am amazed. I can't even imagine myself at a gym. And now here we go!
