Really excited lost 9 pounds in 12 days. havent had a soda in 3 weeks. Even managed to cut down on those darn Zingers that call to me from the Vending machine. actually havent had a snack cake either. So far what i am doing is working good for me. Feels good when the scales are your friend Im hoping to have pic in a week or two want to make sure there is a change. have a great day FS friends and peeps
