Yesterday I decided I needed more protein in my diet. So I am having two protein whey drinks in my diet. Im doing two scoops one in the morning and one in the evening to take along with my medications. Im looking forward to see how this turns out. I did break the 300lb barrier and as a result get to reduce my calories to 2000. Have a great day

HI Hew, I like your nam-de-plume! When I saw that you were going to drop your calories because your dropped your weight bracket-WELL,I peeked at your food diary.MAN,Your not eating much.Could I suggest you looking at the low carb plan options...You get to eat lots of protien and veggies and MEN usually love it and lose weight FAST...Check out Peefat or some of the other guys that are in the inspiration catagory from the low carb side of the world. My nephew is 170 lbs and he eats like 3000 calories and maintains!

Thanks gigi I am involved with a program through the Veterans Administration and I have a health coac that calls me every week. I did Atkins earlier in the year but due to some medical conditions I am changing what I eat. The program is new for me and been doing it for about two weeks. I am going to get some other meals and other foods to help me. But tThanks for Heads up I will look and discuss with my coach tonight
