Happy New Year 2019! I have reevaluating my eating and fitness plan over the last month. Starting today I am working towards getting back to the basics for me. This means eating only when I am hungry, no snacking, and moving my body more. I know this weight will come off again. I did it once I can do it again.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 January 2019:

No snacking is very important for me. I can eat constantly if I do not plan meals and stick to them. Good luck with your plan.
