Last night i did four laps around the park, before i could only do two, and would be breathless, then i came home n did situps and used my little 4 pound wieghts to do toning exercises for my arms and chest. Then this morning i woke up n i felt lighter, so i tried on some clothes, and low and behold THEY WERE LOSER!!!!!!!!Yeah me, all this exercise and dieting is paying off.IM SOO HAPPY TODAY!
Still not goin on the scale till Monday, Psychologists say to thow out the scale and focus on getting fit and eating healthy and using your clothes as a guidance for your weight loss, as your weight fluctuates and muscle weighs more than fat, so you can lose inches and still not see the scale go down.So ill be weighing in each week, and using my jeans to see my weight loss!
