I am sooo happy with my weight loss these first 2 weeks on SB!! YAHOO!! I will be doing another week of phase 1 my mom just started the diet on monday and in supporting her I will do another week of phase 1!!

277.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 137.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
