Went to the dentist today, I have a plan for getting all my teeth pulled so I can get a bottom denture. I had the top done about 3 years ago so...only half my mouth thank goodness!! I was really down this morning but after getting home and logging my "terrible" food choices I realized that I haven't been drinking my calories for a while now and I still made better choices today than I would have even just 6 months ago. So to make myself feel even better I went in and changed my goal weight. I only have 24 more pounds to go until I can have my surgery. This is a much better goal for me to have right now and it's making me feel better. Once I have the surgery I can go in and put in my old weight goal and work towards it. That is much more realistic! Getting my teeth out and losing the 24 pounds are my last 2 requirements!! I am almost there!! And if I can keep doing what I've been doing then I should be able to schedule my surgery in a couple of months!
